You will have a full 7 days to give it a test drive, with no obligation to ever become a paid member.

If you would like to continue using our application all you will need to do is save a credit card for payment to your account, nothing else is required, there will be no changes to your playbooks, teams or anything else.

That's right there is NOTHING to install, our playbook creator is 100% web-based, nothing is installed on your device.

The cloud is a concept in which your data and/or software applications reside on servers around the world, NOT on your local device, this allows you to access your playbooks from any modern device with an internet connection.

This means you can access from your laptop at home, on the road, your desktop at work or even at your hotel lobby, wherever you are, you can access your account.

There are NO limits to the number playbooks or teams you can create.

You simply pay for the number of coaches who need access.

Each additional coach is only $5 per month or $50 per year depending on your billing preference.

YES, this is a web based application, nothing will be installed, so you are free to login and draw playbooks from an modern device with an internet connection.

NO, you are able to use any device that has a modern web browser, so you can use it on a tablet, laptop, or desktop running Windows, Mac OSx, Android, even Linux.

YES, of course, the entire platform is mobile friendly, including viewing and editing playbooks.

For ease of use most coaches do recommend a small tablet or larger device for heavy drawing sessions, but that is up to you.

Any recent version of Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Opera or Safari that is not more than a year or two old will be fine. If you have an old browser you really should update it, all of the popular browsers are free to install and update.

YES, you can change your plan at any time. You can upgrade or downgrade and any changes in pricing will be prorated and applied to your next billing cycle.

Your billing cycle will start at the end of your 7 day trial period, so if you started your free trial on the 10th of the month, your billing date would be the 17th of each month (monthly billing), or on the 17th of the month you signed up once per year (yearly billing)

We do offer and OFFSEASON MODE, which you can switch to after your season is complete. It will automatically downgrade your account to $3 a month for 6 months and then will reactivate your account at your previous billing level.

This allows you to save your playbooks on our servers long term, while reducing your costs to the bare minimum.

How do I Suspend My Account?

We fully understand most coaches are only here for a season or two as this is not their full time job.

Because of that we have made it as easy as possible to close your accout, and it in fact requires fewer steps that when you signed up, so we do want it to be as painless as possible.

How do I Close My Account?

YES, we do not store your credit card data anywhere on our servers, your credit card info is stored by our processor Stripe.

We also use industry standard SSL/TLS encryption so that all communication between you and our servers is encrypted.

Stripe is our credit card processor and they will be storing your sensitive data (credit card). They provide industry LEADING security and Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. If your data is going to be safe anywhere, it will be safe with Stripe and that is why we chose them.
